Meet Our Staff

Dr. Ryan Bagley, DPT is licensed physical therapist and owner of North Suburban Physical Therapy. He received his bachelor’s degree in Biology from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois. He attended Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2006. Since graduation, he has continued his education with a variety of continuing education courses to advance his clinical skills.
His experience as a clinician has provided him the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients and diagnoses. He has had successful outcomes with patients due to his hands-on treatment approach and one-on-one care.
Over the past 4 years Ryan has worked for a large physical therapy company. Because the large companies push a bottom line, individual patient care becomes difficult and rushed. He started North Suburban Physical Therapy because he believes that his patients deserve better care. He focuses on providing enough time for each patient to meet their needs and maximizing results.

Dr. Andrew Schaefer joined our team in December of 2010. He received his bachelor degree from Augustana College in 2001 majoring in Biology. He pursued his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University. He has practiced in the Northern suburbs of Chicago since 2009 with a focus on outpatient orthopedics. Dr. Schaefer compliments our clinical philosophy by performing evidence based treatment plans and scheduling ample time with patients to facilitate the best results possible.
