Massage Therapist
Position Summary:
Massage Therapist needed in our busy, established rehabilitation clinic in the Gurnee/Grayslake area. Our clinic focuses on therapeutic massage, which will enable the therapist to use their knowledge and training by working with a variety of clients; issues ranging from herniated and bulging discs, post-operative rehab and chronic low back pain, to athletes and pregnant women. Our dedicated staff functions as a team to provide our patients with the highest quality of service.
Requirements:
- Diploma from a massage therapy school, State of Illinois license
- Must adhere to local and state massage therapy licensing laws and regulations
- Experience of deep tissue, trigger point, prenatal and sports massage modalities required
- Knowledge of Swedish and other various modalities a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Help patients to achieve their maximum rehabilitation potential
- Design specific sessions based on the client’s individual needs

Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant
Position Summary:
Our facility is rapidly growing and looking to hire a staff physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will have experience and be independent with providing exceptional patient care in our fast paced environment. New graduates are welcome to apply. The staff physical therapist will be responsible for performing evaluations and implementing an appropriate plan of care based on clinical findings.
Requirements:
- Must have graduated from an accredited school and have current licensure in Illinois as a Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant.
- CPR Certification
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a plan of care for each patient. (Physical Therapist)
- Assess the patients needs, plan and modify patients care to meet the treatment goals. (Physical Therapist)
- Provide skilled physical therapy in accordance with physician’s prescription and protocols.
- Submit all documentation in a timely manner with accuracy and professionalism.
- Help patients to achieve their maximum rehabilitation potential.
